RAECHEL R. KANE

Raechel earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona in May, 2002. Raechel was then accepted into The Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Tempe, Arizona, and began classes in the Fall of 2002.
During law school, Raechel spent a considerable amount of time helping those in need, pro bono. She served as Student Leader of a pro bono student group, the Family Lawyer’s Assistance Project, which provided students the unique opportunity to work with volunteer attorneys in the community to provide legal advice in family law matters. In recognition of her dedication to pro bono service, she was named Law Student of the Year for 2004 by the Arizona State Bar’s Volunteer Lawyers Program. Raechel graduated in the Spring of 2005, earning a Juris Doctor degree with Pro Bono Distinction. Raechel was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005 and the United States District Court (District of Arizona) in 2006.
Raechel began her career at a law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where she represented the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in several high profile cases. Though her clients kept her on her feet and entertained, Raechel ultimately found her calling as an advocate for injured tort victims. Raechel joined Friedl Richardson in 2007, where she has flourished as a trial attorney representing Plaintiffs in personal injury actions.
Raechel is currently a Board Member and Sustaining Member of the Arizona Association for Justice also known as The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Raechel was recognized in 2014 and in 2015 as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers; a recognition awarded to very few attorneys, based on peer nomination and evaluation. Forbes has also written about Raechel in 2023 as a Best Car Accident Lawyer in Phoenix, AZ.
